A Collective Coloring Book made by artists around the world dedicated to the children of Tijuana, Mexico.
Inspiration
This idea becomes a real project when friends and artists come together by synchronization and feels that creativity serves to love and give.
Why?
This proyect is the unity of many people with a will to provide something in return to this world.
How?
The idea of reuniting visual artist and other cultured people to collaborate and conform a Collective Coloring Book, illustrated by artist from around the world in order to produce, sell and collect funds for Charity Institutions and Orphanages of the City of Tijuana, Mexico.
Where?
Various orphanages thoughout the city of Tijuana, Mexico.
Book?
The name of the book is inspired by a grate latinamerican artist named Carlos Palleiro, who is considered the father of blending illustration and graphic desing as nobody else had done in Mexico. Carlos Palleiro is a dear teacher and precursor of delighful and stylist folklorist designs of latinamerica. He illustrated most of the elementary Mexican school books in the 1960’s, giving a new and richer vision of colors and artistic imaginary to the children of Mexico.
Illustrations
This book is conformed by 50 different artists from arround the world, each Illustration is a unique piece designed especially for Rainbow Birds Coloring Book. Each page is a single poster of 11x 17 inches printed only by one side, the drawings are done by different techniques like pencil, pen or vectors, depending on the self artistic expression.
